Meeting called to order at 7:08 p.m. by Karl.

Secretary's Report
Minutes of the October 19, 2005, meeting were approved. Motion by James, second by Johanna.

Treasurer's Report
Jim submitted Register Reports for 6/11/2004 through 10/24/2005. RLIA checking account balance as of 10/24/2005 was $3981.34.

Committee Reports
Publicity/Public Relations, Adopt-a-lake and Rock Lake Joint Committee-No reports

Long-Range Plan
The majority of the meeting involved reviewing the "Ranked Recommendations for the Long Range Plan for Rock Lake" and developing "timeline plan" recommendations.

New Business
Ed Grunden has requested a representative from RLIA to address the boat house ordinance being proposed by the City of Lake Mills. A suggestion was made that a comparison of Jefferson County and the City of Lake Mills should be reviewed, melding the two with RLIA recommendations. Karl said he would talk to Patricia and decide what could be presented.
